History of the Church - by Hughes

Philip Hughes was a Roman Catholic priest and Catholic ecclesiastical historian (1895-1967).
He taught post-graduate courses at the University of Notre Dame.[2]

3. Volume III: The Revolt Against The Church. Aquinas To Luther.

Hughes did not complete a planned fourth volume before his death.[3]
